Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, the cookies we set, and the rights you have depending on where you live.

ARC & Company ("we", "us", "our") operates this website at arcand.co. We are the controller responsible for the personal information described here. For any privacy question or request, contact us at hello@arcand.co.
We never sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
A cookie is a small file stored on your device. Where the law requires it, our cookie banner asks for your consent before any non-essential cookie is set, and nothing analytics or advertising related runs until you allow it. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the Your privacy choices link in the footer.
| Cookie | Purpose | Type | Retention |
|---|---|---|---|
| arc_admin | Keeps an administrator signed in to the content dashboard. Regular visitors never receive it. | Strictly necessary | Session |
| arc_consent (stored locally) | Remembers your cookie choice so we do not ask again. | Strictly necessary | Up to 12 months |
| _ga, _ga_<id> | Google Analytics: tells returning from new visits and measures usage. Set only with your consent. | Analytics | Up to 24 months |
| _gid | Google Analytics: distinguishes visitors during a day. | Analytics | 24 hours |
| _zitok (ZoomInfo) | ZoomInfo WebSights: helps us recognise the likely company (not the individual) behind a visit, so we can improve our marketing. Runs only with your consent where required. | Analytics | Up to 12 months |
We use Google Consent Mode, so the Google tag adjusts its own behavior to your choice. Fonts and site assets are served from our own domain, so simply visiting a page is not shared with font or CDN providers.
We share personal information only with providers that help us run the site, and only as needed: Google (analytics), ZoomInfo (business visitor insights), Calendly (call scheduling), and our hosting provider (Hostinger). Each processes data under its own terms. We may also disclose information if the law requires it. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any follow up, and no longer than 24 months unless we enter a business relationship. Analytics data follows Google's retention settings. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
We work with clients internationally, and some providers (such as Google and Calendly) may process data on servers outside your country, including in India and the United States. Where required, these transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the Standard Contractual Clauses used by our providers.
Everyone can ask us to access, correct, or delete their personal information, and can withdraw consent at any time. How these rights are framed depends on where you live.
You have the right to access your data, correct it, erase it, restrict or object to processing, and data portability. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell your personal information. To opt out of analytics and advertising cookies, use the Your privacy choices link in the footer. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
If you are in India, we process your personal data on the basis of your consent for the purposes described above. You have the right to access and correct your data, to request its erasure, to withdraw consent, and to grievance redressal. To raise a grievance, contact us at hello@arcand.co, and we will respond within the timelines the Act requires.
If you are in the UAE, we process your personal data with your consent and for legitimate purposes. You have the right to access your data, request correction or erasure, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent. Contact us at hello@arcand.co to exercise these rights.
Email us at hello@arcand.co with your request. We may need to verify your identity before acting. We handle requests free of charge and within the time limits set by the law that applies to you, and in any case within 30 days.
Our site and services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version. Significant changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
